Who we are

The controller for the data described here is CryptaCore LLC, Prime Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us about anything on this page through the form on this site.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the waitlist form: your name, email address, your preferred region, the services you tick, and your message. Nothing else is required and the site works without submitting anything.

We do not record your IP address at all. Beyond the form, we keep standard technical server logs. There are no cookies, no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts. The only thing stored in your browser is your dark/light theme preference, kept on your device and never transmitted to us.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

Solely to respond to your waitlist request and to follow up on it. We ask for your consent before you submit, and that consent is the legal basis; we record that it was given and when. We do not use these details for anything else and we do not sell personal data.

Where it goes

Your submission is stored on our own European server infrastructure and forwarded to our internal notification system so we can respond to you. It is not shared with any third party.

How long we keep it

No longer than 24 months, and usually less — our storage is swept automatically every month and anything older is deleted. We will delete it sooner on request.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, using the form on this site. You can withdraw your consent whenever you like, and we will stop using the details for follow-up from that point.
